Are you a skilled Fitter or Advanced Fitter with a passion for precision and teamwork?

Join A&F Sprinklers, a leading name in fire protection systems, where your expertise will help deliver high-quality installations and support the development of future talent.

Responsibilities
  • As a Fitter or Advanced Fitter
    , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of fire sprinkler systems to the highest standards. You’ll lead by example, mentoring and guiding improvers and fitters’ mates while fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
  • Ensure strict compliance with RAMS, COSHH, and all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Manage site materials, tools, and plant equipment effectively.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately, complete all necessary site documentation, and support other departments to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Represent the company professionally on-site and ensure inductions are completed before each project begins.
  • Report issues to the Labour or Project Manager, and order materials through the correct channels.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay aligned with company standards and expectations.
What You’ll Need
  • A valid UK driver’s license (1+ years experience)
  • Proven experience in fire sprinkler system installation.
  • Ability to lead, train, and support junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of site safety and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive, professional, and courteous attitude.
What We Offer
  • Hourly Rate: £15.00–£19.00 (based on experience)
  • Annual EOT Bonus – share in our success!
  • Overtime – enhanced daily rates
  • Annual Leave: 30 days to start (incl. bank holidays), increasing with service
