Electrician

We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join our successful Response Maintenance Business covering the Nottingham area. You will specialise in day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing clients.

Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting with occasional electrical testing requirements on mutual exchanges.

Voids – Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re‑let.

Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.

• Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician with an 18th Edition certificate and AM2 (essential).
• City & Guild 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing (preferable).
• Full current UK driving licence (essential). Company van will be provided.
