** The Opportunity
** We are looking for a
** Territory Account Manager
** to manage and grow our customer base across
** North East England and Yorkshire.
** This role
** combines account management and new business development**, with approximately
** 50% of your time focused on winning new customers
** while continuing to grow and retain existing accounts.
You’ll play a key role
** in driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering innovative hygiene solutions
** that help our customers improve performance and sustainability.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Account Growth & Retention
*** Manage and develop relationships with existing customers across your territory
* Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value
* Deliver high-quality account management to maximise
** customer retention and satisfaction
**** New Business Development
*** Dedicate
** 50% of your time to prospecting and acquiring new customers
*** Identify opportunities within your territory and convert them into long-term partnerships
* Present and promote innovative cleaning and hygiene solutions
** Customer Engagement
*** Build strong relationships with stakeholders including
** Operations, Procurement, and Sustainability teams
*** Conduct
** regular site visits
** to ensure solutions are performing effectively
* Provide guidance on best practices and product optimisation
** Collaboration & Support
*** Work closely with internal teams to support new business implementation and customer success
* Use remote diagnostic tools to provide efficient customer support and perform minor service adjustments during visits
* Maintain accurate reporting and account updates through
** Salesforce and Excel
**** What We’re Looking For
**** Experience
* ** Proven success in
** territory sales, account management, or business development roles
*** Experience with in the
** cleaning, hygiene, facilities, or related industries
** is advantageous
** Skills
* ** Strong
** communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*** Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Strong
** IT
* * skills, particularly
** Excel and Salesforce
**** Personal Attributes
*** Customer-focused and results-driven
* Proactive and confident in developing new business opportunities
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
** Full UK driving licence required****.
