We’re hiring a Graduate Client Relationship Executive to join our Nottingham team and develop long‑term relationships with business clients in the logistics sector
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and growing in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

you’ll be learning how to manage clients and grow accounts, with support from experienced colleagues and clear development pathways.

• Build strong, professional relationships with business clients
• Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers
• Learn how to understand client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts and earn commission
  
  Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
• Develop key commercial, communication, and negotiation skills

This role is designed for graduates at the start of their career.

• 2:1 degree or above from a recognised university
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience (part‑time, placement, internship, retail, hospitality, or office‑based roles all count)
• Confident communicator with a positive, professional attitude
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working towards goals and targets
• Interest in building a long‑term career in client relationships or account management

• £30,000 base salary
