Field Sales Executive

Salary: £28,000 base salary with £3k Car Allowance and Commission

We are a rapidly expanding and innovative business offering the latest ‘Full Fibre’ broadband to homes and businesses across the nation. Our broadband speeds reach up to 2000

Mbps, featuring new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and competitive pricing comparable to current internet packages. Customer growth is expected to be exponential.

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious individual to join our Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide the UK with faultless, high-speed broadband. Our product is revolutionary, premium, future-proof, fairer, faster, and flawless for our customers.

• Represent Connect Fibre and generate leads and interest in your area.
• Engage with communities to showcase the benefits of our product and how it can enhance their lives.
• Conduct broadband consultations and upsell where appropriate.
• Build rapport with customers and impress them with our product offerings.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
• Become an expert in our products with excellent training provided.
• Network, host, and contribute to local events.
• Exceed personal sales targets.
• Maintain trust, best practices, and high customer service standards.
• Meet the company's KPIs.

We are looking for salespeople eager to become experts in their field. Suitable backgrounds include Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Retail/Utilities Sales, or other Customer Sales roles.

• Enjoy direct selling and providing solutions to customers.
• Be astute, confident, professional, polite, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales.
• Passionate about our transformative product and service.
• Field sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Own a car and hold a full clean driving license (all business mileage paid).
