Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and guide them through the full home‑buying journey with professionalism and warmth.

* Build strong rapport to convert viewings into reservations.

* Manage enquiries, reservations, and handovers with a customer‑first approach.

* Proactively follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records.

* Represent the developer with a polished, confident, and approachable style.

What You’ll Bring

* At least 2 years’ experience in New Homes sales.

* A professional, well‑presented manner with excellent communication skills.

* Proactive sales ability with a track record of hitting targets.
