Business Development Manager (BDM) leading to Account Director

£35k to £45k pa (depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a passion for marketing and print to join a dynamic print & marketing services company. The role will begin with creating leads and proactively contacting prospective customers to set appointments. In the next two years, the successful candidate will progress to an Account Director role to manage the clients they bring in.

• Generate and qualify leads in the hospitality sector (bars, pubs, restaurants).
• Proactively contact prospective customers to secure appointments.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Transition into a senior Account Development role, managing client relationships.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic people‑person with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Experience or interest in the hospitality sector.
• Residency in the UK and recent or current work in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Preference for CVs in MS Word format (.doc or .docx).
