🚀 Account Representative – Strategic Accounts (Path to Account Manager)

Start by managing 30+ high-value ecommerce accounts. Build the playbook. Grow into Account Manager as you prove the model.

The role:

You’ll start as our first Account Representative, managing relationships with 30–40 strategic accounts (fashion brands, retailers, and creative teams spending £5k–£50k+ annually on photo editing services). Your focus: protecting revenue through proactive account management and identifying growth opportunities. Strong performers will be promoted to Account Manager within 12–18 months.

You're ideal if you have:
  • ✔ 2–3 years in B2B account management, customer success, or agency client services
  • ✔ Experience with ecommerce brands, SaaS, agencies, or creative services (any combination)
  • ✔ A track record of keeping customers happy and finding growth opportunities
  • ✔ Strong relationship‑building skills and commercial instincts
  • ✔ Ambition to grow into a strategic Account Manager role

What you’ll do:
  • → Own day‑to‑day relationships for 30–40 strategic accounts
  • → Conduct regular check‑ins and quarterly account reviews
  • → Monitor account health and flag churn risks early
  • → Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our service range
  • → Build repeatable processes, templates, and success playbooks
  • → Work closely with our AM advisor to develop your skills
  • → Prove the model and grow into full Account Manager responsibilities
Account Representative (You are here)

Account Manager (12–18 months)

→ Own 60+ accounts, lead strategic planning, manage larger deals
