The role:You’ll start as our first Account Representative, managing relationships with 30–40 strategic accounts (fashion brands, retailers, and creative teams spending £5k–£50k+ annually on photo editing services). Your focus: protecting revenue through proactive account management and identifying growth opportunities. Strong performers will be promoted to Account Manager within 12–18 months.
You're ideal if you have:- ✔ 2–3 years in B2B account management, customer success, or agency client services
- ✔ Experience with ecommerce brands, SaaS, agencies, or creative services (any combination)
- ✔ A track record of keeping customers happy and finding growth opportunities
- ✔ Strong relationship‑building skills and commercial instincts
- ✔ Ambition to grow into a strategic Account Manager role
- 🎯 Be our first account rep—shape the function from day one with expert mentorship
- 🌍 Work with global fashion and retail brands
- 💰 £45–50k OTE (£28k base + uncapped performance bonus with ramp support)

Account Rep → Account Manager → Senior AM (as we scale the team)
Our top 100 customers generate nearly 50% of our revenue. Your job? Protect and grow these relationships through proactive outreach, quarterly check‑ins, and identifying expansion opportunities.
What you’ll do:- → Own day‑to‑day relationships for 30–40 strategic accounts
- → Conduct regular check‑ins and quarterly account reviews
- → Monitor account health and flag churn risks early
- → Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our service range
- → Build repeatable processes, templates, and success playbooks
- → Work closely with our AM advisor to develop your skills
- → Prove the model and grow into full Account Manager responsibilities
→ Manage 30–40 accounts, build foundations, develop AM skills
Account Manager (12–18 months)→ Own 60+ accounts, lead strategic planning, manage larger deals
