Job Title:

Graduate Scheme - Business Development (Commercial) - 2.1 degree required

Salary: £30k basic salary with £40k OTE

Role responsibilities
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering to educate prospective customers
  • Proactively reach out to prospects by phone, email and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
  • Develop relationships through extensive research, identifying key influencers within accounts and building rapport
  • Support customer success to ensure clients are happy with the services secured
  • Shadow senior team members to understand the full 360 process with a view to progression
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level (2.1 degree required)
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
