Overview
Our client, a well-respected public sector SAAS vendor within the UK market, requires a key account manager to focus on managing several public sector accounts, predominantly within local government and NHS. You will be responsible for account planning, developing existing relationships, acting as a trusted strategic level advisor, handling renewals and generating additional revenue from SAAS solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, be commercially focused and experienced in selling complex SAAS solutions into public sector accounts.
Beneficial if you have managed accounts within local government or NHS.
- Account planning and relationship development across designated public sector accounts
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers
- Manage renewals and generate additional revenue from SAAS solutions and services
- Proven track record of account management/development
- Complex SAAS sales experience
- Sold into public sector
- A minimum of 5+ years IT sales experience
- Experience managing local government or NHS accounts
- A stable career record
