Pear Recruitment Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister Chelmsford Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 (OTE £60,000) Working Hours Monday Friday 8:45am 5:30pm, Saturday 8:45 4:30pm (5 day week) Driver and own car required Car allowance Our client, based in the lovely area of Chelmsford , specialises in sales, lettings, and property management . They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join their motivated team and support the continued growth of the branch .

Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for business growth Proactively making calls and following up on new and existing leads Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity Winning new instructions through effective negotiation and relationship building Delivering consistently high levels of customer service Carrying out accurate and well-presented property valuations Growing and managing the sales portfolio to maximise performance Carrying out professional property valuations and advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies If you are interested in this role and would like to know more,  or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
