In this customer‑facing position
, you’ll represent well‑known brands, engage directly with customers, and help create positive experiences that drive lasting relationships. You’ll receive full training, so no prior experience is required — just great energy, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote exciting products and services on behalf of our clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
• Support the sales team with daily goals and tasks.
• Take part in regular training sessions to develop product and industry knowledge.
• Help the team meet sales targets and deliver excellent service every time.

• Minimum GCSE‑level education (or equivalent)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused attitude
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable
• Available to work weekdays (Monday–Friday)
