Parts Advisor – Nottingham

Salary:
Up to £29,000 per annum DOE

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm

• Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately, and professionally
• Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from trusted suppliers
• Handling customer enquiries with confidence and excellent product knowledge
• Processing orders efficiently using internal systems
  
  Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records /li>
• Keeping the parts department tidy, organised, and compliant
• Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
• Confident using computer systems and databases
• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
