Graduate Account Manager

Location: Nottingham (Office-based)

Salary: £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a Graduate Account Manager with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to progress quickly. No sales experience is required — just the right attitude and some customer-facing experience.

As a Graduate Account Manager, you will act as the key middle person between clients, internal departments, and logistics partners. This is a varied, people-focused role with lots of cross-departmental communication.

• Managing and developing client relationships
• Preparing and coordinating quotes for clients
• Liaising with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Acting as a main point of contact for customer queries
• Learning how logistics solutions support businesses that transport goods

• A minimum 2:1 degree from university (essential – applications without this cannot be progressed)
• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, call centre)
• No sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, enthusiastic, and professional approach
• Ability to start ASAP

• £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

• Within 5 years on the pathway:
• Company car
• On track for a £50,000+ base salary plus commission
