Overview
A senior commercial role responsible for maximising occupancy, revenue, and conversion performance across a regional PBSA portfolio.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Deliver regional sales and revenue strategies
- Analyse sales data, trends, and market performance
- Manage client relationships from a sales perspective
- Deliver sales training and performance reviews
- Complete competitor analysis and pricing reviews
- Support partnerships and nominations agreements
- Proven sales and revenue leadership experience
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel capability
- Confident presenter and stakeholder manager
Midlands & Surrounding Areas (regional role)
Salary£45,430, 10% KPI Bonus & £3,000 Car Allowance
