Join Our Client's team as a Car Sales Executive in Nottingham

Our client, a reputable and well-established automotive dealership in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional to excel in a dynamic environment, earn competitive commissions, and be part of a successful sales team. The Car Sales Executive role offers a clear path for progression within the dealership and the chance to develop your career in the motor trade.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £18,000 with an achievable OTE of £60,000
Attractive commission structure with high earning potential

Supportive management team and comprehensive training
5-day working week on a rota (Monday to Saturday, with Sunday hours)
Working hours from 9:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday, and 10:30am to 4:30pm on Sunday
Opportunity to work with quality new and used vehicles in a thriving dealership environment

Duties:

Actively promote and sell both new and used vehicles to retail customers
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales journey
Present finance options, add-ons, and additional products to maximise profit and customer satisfaction
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
Create a welcoming environment to attract new and repeat car sales customers
Maintain a professional presence and build lasting customer relationships as a Car Sales Executive
Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle specifications, finance packages, and industry developments

Requirements:

Previous experience in car sales is essential, demonstrating a strong sales record
Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets within a motor trade environment
Confident, professional, and customer-focused demeanour
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence is mandatory
A proactive approach and a genuine passion for the motor industry
