Sales Coordinator

Company: Neurocore LLC

Location: commutable from Mansfield, Nuthall, Matlock, Little Eaton, Derby and Nottingham and surrounding areas

Salary: £27,000 (£35,000 OTE) + Benefits (23 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, bonus, share scheme)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30 min lunch)

About the Role

Business & Sales Coordinator supporting commercial growth of our client portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Offering in‑house manufacturing services to produce specific products for another manufacturer. Add value to customers through technical know‑how, research capabilities, and their in‑house testing expertise, giving them a high‑quality product they can be proud to put their name to.
  • Work with long‑term customers built on trust and partnership.
  • Explore new commercial opportunities with existing and new customers where this service can add value.
  • Manage day‑to‑day sales operations—coordinating projects, developing sales pipeline, securing processing orders, creating quotations and compliance documents, and administration of customer accounts in our CRM.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication.
Duties Include
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Client communication and project timeline updates.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts and performance dashboards for management.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (technical, marketing, production) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Office‑based position with occasional travel for customer visits; a pool car may be provided.
About You
  • Confident and experienced commercial coordinator with similar B2B background, providing business and sales support.
  • Great commercial awareness, spotting opportunities while maintaining long‑term relationships.
  • Ownership and accountability, ensuring projects run smoothly and customers are updated frequently.
You Will Also Have
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and determination to resolve issues quickly
  • Enjoys working independently
