Sales Assistant

Avenue is looking for confident, driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and delivering results. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll represent our clients, connect with customers face‑to‑face, and help expand our client base through tailored solutions and outstanding service.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage trust and long‑term brand loyalty
• Engage with customers in person, identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while following company procedures and compliance standards
• Deliver a high level of customer service at every interaction
• Manage your time effectively to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Attend ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques
• Work collaboratively within a team, supporting daily operations and business growth
• This role will be a face‑to‑face field based, events role.
