Our client is a well-established and respected name within the new homes sector and is currently seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team on a residential development in Nottingham
.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and a proven background in new homes sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the on-site sales suite and presenting homes to prospective buyers
Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to legal completion
Achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM systems
Ensuring the sales area and show homes are presented to a high standard
Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Able to work weekends and bank holidays as required
A proactive and positive attitude with strong attention to detail
