Estimator, Retail, Customer Service Rep

About the Role

You will be expected to create estimates in a timely fashion and provide technical and sales assistance to Internal and External Account Managers, responding to emailed or telephone enquiries in a pro‑active manner. You will be required to assist in outsourcing any specialist printing or finishing that cannot be fulfilled in‑house.

• Liaising with sales representatives and customers to fully understand their requirements
• Providing estimates using agreed production routes, pricing and selling rates whilst optimising the return for the Company.
• Suggesting alternatives to specifications and production methods when beneficial to Customer and Company
• Maintain accurate documentation and Documentation.
• Engage with efforts to improve the Commercials and Processes in the PRISM system.
• Triage items in the estimating inbox, to ensure a timely response to all enquiries.
• Work to ensure KPI levels (based on Monthly KPI reports) are within the agreed levels.

• A detailed understanding of print and direct mail
• Experience of producing estimates

• IT literate and numerate
• Good organiser, able to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under own initiative
• Effective communicator over the telephone, video call, in person and in writing

Salary starting at £38,000
