Our store

Based in Lancaster, our store is looking for someone with a passion for Optics.

What’s on Offer?

As well as all the support you need and great training and development opportunities, we have a whole load of benefits on offer for you to enjoy. These include:

  • Salary - £9.00 - £12.41 per hour (Depending on experience)
  • Bonus after probation
  • Opportunity to progress to cert 3 and cert 4
  • Specsavers Perks – our discounted benefits scheme
  • 28 days holiday including Bank holiday plus a day off for your birthday
  • enhanced company sick pay after passing 3 month probation
What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

  • Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
  • A passion for developing within Optics
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier
  • Great teamwork

  • Confidence in using IT systems
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
