As the face of JoJo you’ll provide fantastic customer care and service, guiding customers in choosing from our huge range of clothing and products.
Our B Corp principles are vital; our teams uphold them. With an evolving digital retail world, we offer Ship from Store and Click & Collect options. You will take ownership of preparing and shipping all such orders daily.

- Assisting customers in diverse situations, from bra measuring and maternity wear to demonstrating baby carriers.
- Preparing Omni-Channel orders.
- Liaising with customers in-store or via phone on Omni-Channel orders.
- Using digital or virtual learning platforms to develop knowledge and skills.
- Embracing new product knowledge to increase sales opportunities.
- Actively listening to customer needs and finding best solutions.
- Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
Typically 3 × 5‑hour shifts, but flexibility is required based on store needs.
Skills that make you shine- Previous retail, customer service, and sales experience.
- Competent IT skills and excellent system ability, with aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
- High-level product knowledge that can be communicated effectively to customers.
- A self‑developing mentality and curiosity to learn new products independently.
- Customer-oriented sales ability, including active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a small team.
- Flexibility; stores open 7 days a week.
- Detail‑oriented to maintain store standards.
- Brand ambassador, safeguarding values and ethos.
- Honesty and respect in every interaction.
- Collaboration and open, active listening.
- Ownership of all aspects of the role.
