Join the Rutland Water Team as a Seasonal Retail Assistant - Casual!

Based at our picturesque Rutland Water Fishing Lodge, you'll be the friendly face supporting our customers, serving anglers, and delighting park visitors. Either working in a team or working independently, no two days are the same!

• Operate the till and our web-based booking system
• Handle telephone calls and cash transactions
• Perform administrative tasks
• Manage day-to-day stock
• Issue season tickets and handle boat hires
• Perform boat admin tasks
• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Excellent customer service skill
• Great communication and social skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn
• Availability to work weekends and shifts
• Knowledge or experience in fly fishing is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker! If you have excellent customer service skills, we can the fishing ropes.
• Enthusiasm for our parks and the ability to share it with customers
