Category Assistant - Wellness

You’ll work side‑by‑side with our Assistant Category Development Manager to bring the hottest, most exciting wellness brands to market. As our Wellness category expands both in store and online, you’ll play a key role in this. Reporting into Category Manager, you will:

• Support the ACDM to review competitor analysis of the market, ranging and pricing.
• Set up new suppliers, complete vendor forms and launch new product lines.
• Collaborate with marketing, pricing and other teams to ensure correct set‑ups first time.
• Run sales reports and analyze them for the team and suppliers, contributing to Monday morning weekly reporting.
• Raise purchase orders for marketing and merchandising activity.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• In‑depth understanding of numerous SAP programmes.
• Proficient communication skills, whether face‑to‑face, via Teams or email.
• Develop a strong knowledge of category strategy, performance and range.
• Passion for the wellness space, curiosity for new brands, trends and emerging customer needs.
