As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the overall success of our Nottingham Store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership and Guidance

  Provide guidance and support to other supervisors and team members.
• Sales Strategy

  Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Staff Training

  Assist in training new team members and ensuring consistent performance.
• Inventory Management

• Customer Service Excellence

• Retail Experience
