Assistant Store Manager – Nottingham (40 hrs – 12 mo FTC)
Join Rituals UK & Ireland and be part of a supportive shop team, creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.
Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve high engagement and store performance.
- Fill in as Store Manager when necessary and support day‑to‑day business activities.
- Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented store team.
- Drive operational excellence, including efficient processes and cash handling.
- Prior experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent in retail/hospitality.
- Strong people‑management skills – communication, motivation, coaching. Ability to share knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
- Decisive, problem‑solving ability with good judgment.
