Grounds and Gardens Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds and Gardens Maintenance Worker to join our team for a temporary contract. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic and functional standards of our outdoor spaces.

Role Overview

Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week.

Job Type: Temporary but has potential to go permanent

Start Date:

29/01/2026.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive grounds and garden maintenance tasks to ensure all outdoor areas are well-kept.

Utilise relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete daily maintenance routines.

Identify and report any potential hazards or maintenance issues within the grounds to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in professional grounds or garden maintenance is highly desirable.

Ability to work effectively under own initiative and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces.
