Clinical Maritime Specialist — Ultra-Luxury VIP 1:1 Care

Nottingham, United Kingdom | Posted on 25/02/2026

The Mission Transition your advanced clinical skills from the intensive care unit to the most prestigious tier of private healthcare. We are seeking an elite nursing professional to provide dedicated, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. Your professional setting will be a world‑class superyacht cruising the most iconic waters of the Mediterranean. The upcoming itinerary features exclusive anchorages in the Aeolian Islands, the hidden bays of Vis, and the glamorous port of Porto Cervo.

The Team You will practice as part of a highly coordinated, elite medical unit directed by a Lead British Doctor. This multidisciplinary framework is reinforced by specialist Physiotherapists and a hand‑selected cohort of strictly Western‑trained nursing professionals, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

The Safety Our commitment to patient safety is matched by our commitment to staff well‑being. We operate a mandatory double‑nurse shift system at all times. This protocol ensures immediate clinical redundancy during any intervention, provides constant peer support, and guarantees you remain rested and sharp.

The Process To accommodate the demanding shifts of high‑acuity professionals and maintain total discretion, the initial interview and vetting phase is conducted entirely via a secure, private online platform.

Requirements
  • Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
  • 4+ years of recent, rigorous Acute Care experience (strictly ICU, ER, or A&E).
  • Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
  • Premium en‑suite quarters (designed for maximum comfort and privacy).
  • All expenses covered (including international flights, world‑class onboard catering, and bespoke uniforms).
