Role Overview

Trinity is an award-winning care provider, proudly rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC, placing us in the top 4% of care companies in the UK. With over 20 years of experience, we're known for delivering care that is personal, trusted, and truly compassionate. Values that resonate through everything we do.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. Working with our Head of Performance Marketing, Brand Team, and our Agency, you will manage our significant paid marketing optimisation and organic search marketing budget across three established homecare brands:
Trinity Homecare, Country Cousins, and Patricia White's. The team is on a mission to drive measurable lead generation growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute paid test‑and‑learn programs designed by Head of Performance Marketing, including ad copy testing, keyword experiments, and landing page optimisation
  • Build and optimise landing pages for both organic visibility and paid campaign conversion
  • Manage local SEO strategy across priority regions, targeting Google Local Pack domination for high‑intent homecare searches
  • Optimise for AI Overviews (AIO) and emerging search technologies—position Trinity at the forefront of generative search
  • Lead technical SEO: audits, schema markup, site speed, mobile optimisation, structured data
  • Develop keyword strategies spanning organic and paid channels
  • Manage SEO workstream with our digital agency progressively building internal capability
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing Lead on keyword‑led content optimisation
  • Track and report performance monthly, highlighting progress against targets and opportunities
What we’re looking for Essential
  • 3‑5 years hands‑on SEO experience with proven organic growth results
  • Deep local SEO expertise (Google Business Profiles, local pack rankings, multi‑location strategies)
  • Strong technical SEO foundation (site architecture, schema, crawlability)
  • Experience with paid search optimisation and landing page testing
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMrush/Ahrefs
  • Healthcare or service‑based sector experience highly desirable
You Are:
  • Data‑driven and commercially focused (SQLs and cost per acquisition, not just rankings)
  • A self‑starter who thrives on ownership and accountability
  • Detail‑oriented with systematic approach to testing and optimisation
  • Collaborative team player who works well across functions and with agencies
  • Continuously learning—staying current with algorithm updates and emerging best practices
Why Join Trinity Homecare Group
  • Join an Outstanding‑rated care provider with a trusted reputation
  • Competitive salary: up to ÂŁ35,000 per year depending on experience
  • Hybrid working – flexible approach with Worcester Park office base
  • Generous leave – 25 days holiday plus your birthday off and bank holidays
  • Meaningful work – help families find trusted care during challenging life moments
How To Apply

Submit your CV with a brief note covering:

  • Your most impressive brand marketing achievement (with metrics)
  • Your experience building brands in trust‑led or healthcare sectors
  • Why healthcare/homecare interests you
  • Trinity Homecare Group is an equal opportunities employer.
