Marketing Executive - 12-Month Placement (Sept 2026) 💥

Duration: September 2026 - August 2027

Reporting to: Group Director of Marketing

We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive (Placement Year) who wants more than a traditional support role. From day one, you’ll create content that gets seen, and directly support consultants closing million-pound deals. You’ll be trusted to own projects, contribute ideas, and make a visible impact across the business.

• Real hands‑on responsibility from day one
• Learn industry‑leading tools including Hub Spot, campaign management & analytics
• Exposure to three high‑growth global industries
• Direct mentorship from the Group Director of Marketing
• A genuine opportunity to progress into a full‑time role after graduation

• Supporting marketing campaigns across all three brands
• Creating content:
  Linked In posts, blogs, emails, and case studies
• Managing and scheduling social media across company and brand pages
• Helping consultants build strong personal Linked In profiles
• Supporting event marketing: conferences, webinars, and follow‑ups
• Managing Hub Spot: contact lists, email workflows, and data hygiene
• Assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and reporting

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications (or similar)
• Seeking a 12‑month placement starting September 2026
• A strong writer – clear, confident, and persuasive
• Organised, detail‑driven, and reliable
• Comfortable with tech and excited to learn new tools
• A proactive self‑starter who takes ownership
• Genuinely interested in marketing, business, and growth
