We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to support the delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and locally relevant marketing content for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
This role sits at the intersection of CX Engagement & Channels
, Content Hub Production
, and external agencies
, ensuring centrally created content is effectively adapted for local market use in line with brand strategy, engagement plans, and regulatory requirements.
The successful contractor will play a key role in managing content adaptation workflows, briefing production teams, and ensuring localisation requests are clearly understood and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with CX Engagement & Activation leadership and agency partners to understand customer journeys and brand content plans
- Lead the creative adaptation of centrally developed brand assets
, including: - Localisation of existing materials
- Creation of channel‑specific assets aligned to master brand strategy
- Act as the process owner between CX Engagement & Channel teams and Content Hub Production
, ensuring: - Briefs are clearly defined, received, and uploaded into Fuse
- Localisation requirements are fully understood and tracked
- Brief Content Hub Production teams and manage review cycles and feedback rounds with asset owners
- Ensure above‑market content is adapted in line with local regulatory and label requirements
- Support content tracking, demand forecasting, prioritisation, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure engagement plans are delivered effectively through localisation
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for promotional marketing to HCPs
- Demonstrated project management skills, managing multiple work streams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative, with experience working closely with external agencies
- Ability to manage multiple, complex processes simultaneously
- Highly organised, proactive, and delivery‑focused
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working within tight timelines while maintaining quality and compliance
