Reporting to the Director, Content & Brand, the Content & Brand Strategy Manager owns and evolves Videojet’s global content and brand strategy end-to-end. This is a highly visible role responsible for shaping direction, setting standards, and driving ways of working across content, brand, design, and video—while staying closely connected to execution to ensure quality, consistency, and measurable impact. You will lead a global team of content, social media, and design professionals and partner closely with regional marketing, product marketing, digital, and communications teams to ensure content and brand initiatives directly support awareness, engagement, and business growth.
The role works across global stakeholders and time zones and requires a leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, strong creative judgement, and the ability to drive alignment across functions. This role can remote or hybrid
, ideally based near a Videojet corporate office in the UK (Nottingham preferred) or Wood Dale, IL, with flexible working options.
- Owning and evolving the global content and brand strategy, including priorities, standards, and governance.
- Leading cross‑functional initiatives from strategy definition through execution, rollout, and measurement.
- Setting creative direction and overseeing design and video output to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand, scalable delivery.
- Developing and activating global thought leadership programs that strengthen credibility and market presence.
- Partnering with digital and regional teams to drive performance across SEO, channels, and the full marketing funnel.
- Embedding AI‑enabled tools and workflows into content creation, optimisation, and insight generation to improve efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand management, or digital marketing within a global or multi‑region environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering global content or brand strategies from concept to execution.
- Experience leading or managing creative capabilities, including content, design, and/or video teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing performance, including SEO, content optimisation, analytics, and channel performance.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, content development, or insight generation.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a global organisation and influencing stakeholders across teams and regions.
