As a Product Marketing Executive, you will be part of the function that aligns Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around a shared definition of value. Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help shape differentiated go‑to‑market strategies, refine value propositions, and enable our commercial teams through the MEDDPICC framework, ensuring our messaging and positioning resonate with decision‑makers and drive measurable business impact.

What you will be doing:- Define and articulate the measurable value our products deliver, from efficiency and compliance gains to cost savings and safety improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to integrate customer metrics and value creation frameworks into product strategy before build and release.
- Audit and retrofit existing value propositions to ensure every product is underpinned by clear, customer‑centred metrics.
- Translate customer value creation into sales‑ready narratives that align with the MEDDPICC methodology, enabling Sales and Marketing teams to engage confidently with Economic Buyers.
- Capture and communicate Decision Criteria and Decision Process insights from customers and the market to shape positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
- Partner with go‑to‑market teams to ensure Metrics, Economic Buyer priorities, and Decision Criteria are embedded in all campaigns, presentations, and collateral.
- Develop compelling, differentiated messaging frameworks that highlight what makes Microlise’s solutions unique and essential.
- Build and maintain competitive positioning resources that reinforce our value story through data, customer outcomes, and credible proof points.
- Translate insights into actionable opportunities that inform both product development and commercial strategy.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify customer needs, industry shifts, and competitor strategies.
- Create and maintain a suite of sales tools, including ROI calculators, value frameworks, objection‑handling guides, and case studies.
- Capture testimonials and case studies that evidence value realisation, feeding customer success stories back into the sales process to support advocacy and retention.
- Support the planning and delivery of go‑to‑market campaigns that communicate measurable value to target audiences.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high‑quality assets that reinforce our differentiation and support commercial outcomes.
- Track and analyse campaign and product marketing performance against defined metrics, providing data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to regular reporting on how Product Marketing influences pipeline creation, win rates, and customer retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or transport and logistics.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and value‑based positioning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive, data‑backed narratives for commercial and technical audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams.
