Overview

Location: UK based with travel to our clubs as required

Hours: Full time

Reporting line: Reports into Marketing Manager, working day to day with the Marketing Executive and our in house Videographer and Editor

Vida Del Padel is a premium, Spanish inspired padel club brand. We are building clubs that feel like a community and a lifestyle, not just a place to book a court. Social is one of our biggest levers for growth, it drives bookings, fills events, supports membership demand, and sets the tone for how premium we feel before someone ever walks through the door.

Role overview

We are hiring a Social Media Executive to own the day to day execution across our club social channels. This role is hands on. You will plan content, create it, schedule it, post it, and manage the community on our social platforms. You are not running events, but you will attend larger events to capture content and post coverage that makes the club feel busy, fun, and premium.

Key

responsibilities
  • Content planning and scheduling

    · Own the weekly and monthly content calendar across our clubs

    · Turn operational activity into content, coaching sessions, tournaments, socials, open matches, leagues, announcements, and offers

    · Keep content consistent, premium, and on brand across every location

    · Work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to align content to campaigns and priorities

  • Content creation

    · Create static assets using templates and brand guidelines for weekly club content

    · Write captions that match the Vida Del Padel tone and drive action

    · Create and edit short form video for Reels and Tik Tok, built around club energy and Spanish lifestyle

    · Work closely with our Videographer and Editor to capture and publish high quality content at pace

  • Posting and channel management

    · Schedule and publish posts and Stories on time across platforms

    · Maintain a simple approval process so we move quickly without chaos

    · Ensure posts include clear calls to action and route people into bookings and club communities

  • Community management and growth

    · Respond to DMs and comments within agreed working windows

    · Actively engage on our own content by replying, liking, and continuing conversations to keep posts performing

    · Proactively engage with local communities by commenting on relevant local content, partners, and creators where it makes sense for the brand

    · Interact with influencers and ambassadors to strengthen relationships and keep collaboration active

    · Protect the brand tone and online reputation by handling day to day queries and escalating sensitive issues quickly

  • Ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates

    · Work with our club ambassadors and brand ambassadors to support content creation, reposting, and coverage

    · Build and maintain a pipeline of local creators and padel players per club

    · Coordinate collaborations, timelines, deliverables, and repost permissions

    · Support affiliate content with partner brands and make it easy for them to participate

  • Trend monitoring and competitor benchmarking

    · Track trends on Instagram and Tik Tok and translate the right ones into Vida Del Padel style content

    · Bring practical content ideas weekly that can be executed quickly

    · Monitor competitor clubs and premium lifestyle brands to spot opportunities in format, messaging, and community activity

  • Event content support

    · Attend larger events to capture content and post live coverage, Stories, short clips, atmosphere, and highlights

    · Work with the Videographer and Editor to deliver recap content so the event continues to work after it finishes

    · You are not responsible for running events, your focus is content capture and publishing

  • Paid social support

    · You are not a media buyer, but you will support the marketing team with creative variations for paid ads

    · Share learnings from organic performance that can inform paid creative

  • What good looks like

    · A consistent weekly cadence across all clubs with content that feels premium and current

    · A noticeable improvement in community engagement, replies, and conversations, not just passive posting

    · Faster response times on social DMs and comments
