Role:Associate Director, Social & Influencer
We are looking for a senior leader to shape and lead our social & influencer offering, working hand‑in‑hand with a highly ambitious, creatively driven PR team to build standout campaigns that earn attention and shift culture.
Key Responsibilities- Shape and lead social and influencer strategies across key clients, ensuring work is insight‑driven, culturally relevant and results‑focused.
- Translate brand challenges into social‑first creative solutions and influencer programmes that cut through.
- Spot opportunities to our offering, bringing in new approaches, formats or partners.
- Act as senior lead for priority accounts, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Lead responses to briefs from strategy to creative to influencer identification and activation.
- Champion excellence across paid and gifted influencer content, organic social channel planning, posting and performance.
- Identify and drive opportunities to grow existing accounts and promote cross‑selling into social and influencer.
- Own the social & influencer narrative in business pitches, ensuring creative and commercially focused proposals convert opportunities.
- Champion ways of working and case studies completed by the team internally and externally, evangelising the service offering and Impression publicly.
- 5+ years of experience in Social & Influencer, with deep understanding of the creator economy, platform behaviours and social trends.
- Proven experience creating and leading complex influencer and social strategies across a range of client verticals.
- Strong financial understanding with the ability to create scopes, price work accurately and manage a P&L for social and influencer revenue.
- Experienced with influencer marketing platforms and third‑party tools for social listening, data mining and performance measurement.
- Exceptional at measurement and reporting, turning performance data into clear impact and value for clients, consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Comfortable leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, energising, presenting strategies to clients and prospects.
