Responsibilities- Supervision of staff
- Driving productivity and process improvements
- Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
- Managing the flow of materials to produce the highest quality product on time and on budget
- Operating digital presses and leading the team in a hands‑on, task‑oriented manner
- Taking initiative, making confident decisions and applying a methodological approach to all projects
- Demonstrating excellent organisational skills and prioritisation of work
- Experience operating digital presses in a production setting
- Strong leadership and team‑management skills
- Proven track record in driving productivity and process improvements
- Ability to control costs and manage resources effectively
- Excellent organisational and decision‑making abilities
