Painter​/Prepper

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented automotive painters to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in vehicle painting, finishing, and quality assurance who thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

• Follow detailed work instructions to paint and finish vehicles to the highest quality standards.
• Complete all station operations on each vehicle efficiently and within required timescales.
• Prepare vehicle exteriors for paint and polish using the correct materials and tools.
• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure a flawless, defect-free finish.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve quality, cost, or productivity challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and waste disposal requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure consistent quality and performance.

• Experience in automotive painting or finishing, ideally in a production or OEM environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Ability to follow processes and work to strict timescales.
• Familiarity with carbon fibre materials, exterior polishing, flattening, and touch-ups is advantageous.
• Experience inspecting vehicles for defects and ensuring a perfect finish is a plus.
• Prior experience working as part of a collaborative team.
