About the role

In this role, you will play a key part in driving site‑level technical excellence by connecting category technical strategy with on‑the‑ground execution. You will lead the introduction of new products and technologies, oversee technology transfers, and champion continuous improvement through strong validation governance and portfolio resilience.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be accountable for Technical Development, Activity Management, and Site Validation governance. You’ll work closely with teams across Packaging, Engineering, QA, and Planning, influencing long‑term Cap Ex planning and shaping the site’s technical footprint for the next 3–5 years. You will also partner with Procurement to strengthen business continuity through dual‑sourcing initiatives.

Day‑to‑day, you will translate category priorities into the site technical masterplan, ensure robust validation standards, and drive the rollout of new technologies and product introductions. You will embed standardised ways of working, promote data‑driven decision‑making, and strengthen process safety and risk management frameworks. Through collaboration with Area Technical Leadership and Science & Technology Transfer teams, you will support the delivery of safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes.

  • Work across a broad range of product classifications and manufacturing technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes, focusing on technological efficiency, operational performance, and business systems improvements (e.g., Artwork Change Management processes).
