The role focuses on developing KPI frameworks, embedding continuous improvement methodologies, and driving a Zero Loss culture. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in operational excellence within fast-paced industries, like FMCG or pharmaceuticals, and possess a BSc in Engineering or related fields.
