We are looking for a Trainee Sign Maker / General Operative to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing or signage. No previous signage experience is required; full training will be provided.

• Applying vinyl graphics and printed media to signage
• Measuring and marking materials accurately
• Assisting with fabrication and finishing tasks
• Learning how to identify and resolve basic production issues
• Following quality procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
