About the Job

We are recruiting for a skilled Toolmaker to join our fantastic tooling team at Games Workshop’s Lenton campus. The team in our tool room maintains and repairs injection mould tooling that produces all of our plastic products, and helps deliver the best‑quality fantasy miniatures in the world.

• Manufacturing, fitting and progressing highly detailed steel and aluminium injection mould tooling using surface and cylindrical grinders, CNC spark eroders, turret milling machines and lathes.
• Working with the wider team to troubleshoot and resolve tool issues as they arise.
• Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout production.

• Applicants must hold at least a Level 3 BTEC or an equivalent vocational qualification within Engineering or a transferable field.
• Experience with, or a willingness to learn, the machining techniques listed above.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑motivation and the ability to focus on intricate tooling requirements.

Working Hours: 39 per week:
Monday‑Thursday 07:00‑15:30, Friday 07:00‑12:00.
