• Receive goods for purchased, free‑issue, sub‑contract, and tooling orders, including unloading materials from vehicles.
• Store all materials in accordance with specifications and procedures.
• Ensure accurate labeling of stock and maintain bonded areas.
• Maintain copies of Proof of Delivery (POD) and delivery documentation.
• Issue material to works orders and progress onto the shop floor.
• Pack and protect all parts leaving the site to meet quality standards.
• Identify and report process issues to the planning team.
• Manage works order launch process and issue to the shop floor.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of boxes, packaging, and ancillary items to prevent shortages or over‑ordering.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the despatch process.

• Previous experience in despatch operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of works order processes and shop floor requirements.
• Ability to manage stock levels effectively and prevent shortages.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
