Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Tooling Coordinator to join our studio team, where you will be learning the skills to ensure the delivery of the highest quality miniatures through cross-department coordination and quality checking of plastics.
Hardworking and with an eye for the details, in this exciting and hands‑on role, you’ll develop the skills to thoroughly review miniatures products and sign off frames from a plastic quality perspective. You’ll understand the importance of ensuring that every frame is produced to a high standard and is fit for manufacture through completing a series of thorough quality checks.
Highly collaborative and adaptable, you’ll understand the positive impact of building and maintaining positive working relationships, as we’ll see you working closely with the Miniatures Design, Tooling and Manufacturing teams to deliver projects to a high standard and on time. You’ll work well under pressure, facilitating productive conversations across multiple departments to ensure the right decision for the business is always made.
You’ll apply your learning by remaining diligent and attentive, conducting quality checks and attending tooling reviews to ensure that every product meets technical standards. We’ll look to you to record, measures and communicate all deviations from agreed standards, while ensuring that all miniature products are handed over on time and to the required standard.
