We're expanding our team and looking for hardworking Production Operatives to join our busy manufacturing site in Lenton (NG7). If you're hands‑on, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, this role could be a great match.

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling, processing, or packing products to specification
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
• Keeping your workstation clean and organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
