CNC Miller / Turner – Nottingham

Up to £17.50 per hour.

Hours:

7.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday; 7.30am – 12.30pm Friday.

Permanent Position

GI Pro is recruiting for a CNC Miller or CNC Turner for a precision engineering client based in Nottingham. The role will involve programming, setting and operating a variety of machinery.

• Program, set up and operate milling or turning machines (online)
• Use Mazatrol controls (other controls accepted)
• Carry out self‑inspection of work to ensure quality
• Read and interpret complex technical drawings
• Produce bespoke and low batch work components
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• CNC Milling or CNC Turning experience essential
• Programming experience preferred; strong setting and operating experience accepted
• Experience with Mazatrol controls preferable but not essential
• Ability to work from technical drawings and use measurement tools
• Positive and proactive approach
