Deputy General Manager – Brand New Opening Industry leading Family Entertainment Brand Crawley

c £35k plus bonuses

I am recruiting for an exciting leisure job in Crawley, this will be a brand new opening - so a really exciting project to develop and mould a team from scratch. This is a great opportunity to work for a leisure operator with some great expansion plans over the next 2-3 years. This is a leisure job not to be missed!

We are ideally looking for a Deputy
General Manager with significant experience of managing health club, a leisure or hospitality venue, which is multi faceted. You will need to be commercially strong and a natural leader. You will need to work with a smile on your face and help the team to provide an unforgettable experience to each and every customer. We want someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to get stuck in to help the teams across all departments.

The site is due to open later this year so we are ideally looking to speak to candidates with experience of new openings or at least to be excited from the start.

You will have a fun and engaging personality, leading your team to be the best they can be and provide a proactive and fun environment for everyone who visits the site. You will be managing a large team as well as a wide range of front line service staff.

  • Approachable by customers and your team
