Cleaner Supervisor (6 month FTC)
Working hoursMonday to Friday, 40 hours per week (05:00 - 13:30)
LocationTechnology Centre, Ratcliffe on Soar, Nottingham, NG11 0EE
Located 10 minutes' walk from East Midlands Parkway station. Free parking, subsidised on-site catering, and complimentary gym facilities are available to all staff.
We are seeking an experienced Working Cleaner Supervisor to lead our morning cleaning team. This hands‑on role combines supervisory responsibilities with active cleaning duties, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the morning cleaning team
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate work schedules
- Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Report maintenance issues and incidents to management
- Complete daily/weekly cleaning reports
- Minimum 2 years cleaning experience with supervisory background
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Reliable early morning availability
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Physical fitness for cleaning and supervisory duties
