Account Director - North East England

We have a great opportunity for an Account Director to join a forward-thinking print management company with unparalleled resources and financial backing.

Embarking on the role of Account Director, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of a team of 8 Account Executives and Account Managers within a busy department. Candidates must have experience in a similar role and proven experience of managing a team to its full potential.

This client is looking for someone who will motivate the team to ensure they are giving the best customer service possible. You will develop the team's skills to give them the ability to handle complex customer service issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. This role requires an approachable individual, someone your team can turn to, answer questions and provide support as they manage key client projects.

The Account Director will use performance indicators to analyse the team's strengths and weaknesses, identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability. You will be required to ensure your team is appropriately structured and that resources are allocated to ensure maximum efficiency.
