Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

• Deliver outstanding customer service through excellent communication and attention to detail to demanding clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage new client briefs on a daily basis, understand and prepare them to be presented into the business for processing through various departments.
• Handle multiple briefs at various stages of the estimating, development, manufacturing and despatch phases while keeping clients informed of progress.
• Be involved in all aspects of the project management cycle, from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate record systems and report accordingly.
• Work effectively with internal and client relationships and ensure excellent time management and multi-tasking.

• Have excellent reporting skills.
• Have excellent IT skills (MS Office).
• Be comfortable building and maintaining effective client and internal relationships.

• Be target driven with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Be methodical, precise and be able to maintain accurate record systems and report accordingly.
• Good numeracy skills.
• The role heavily involves internal project management and administration of up to 30 projects at any one time, with an average of 15-20. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing this type of workload.
• We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar type of role, ideally from a POS background.
