Critical Service Manager

Our client is seeking a Critical Services Manager to lead estates services supporting facilities and other critical environments. You will act as the single point of contact
, providing technical leadership across high-risk mechanical systems and ensuring services are safe, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives.

• Provide expert advice on critical mechanical infrastructure and asset replacement
• Manage contracts, KPIs, and service performance within critical environments
• Lead planned maintenance, lifecycle replacement, and emergency response
• Maintain asset registers and support development of long-term asset strategies
• Chair meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
